opening day for little league was on saturday. team pictures, hit-a-thon, clay's first game, and a bbq were all the festivities that took place that day. for team pictures clay took a picture by himself; one with his best friend, thomas; and one with the coach, my dad. it was too cute!!
clay was a little nervous for his first game, but he did awesome! he got on base every time he was up to bat

and here he is on the mound... clay is definitely a natural pitcher. he struck out the first batter that he faced and didnt allow any runs. he even came back in to pitch later in the game to relieve a boy who was having a rough time. i was so proud of him!

lori and the kids came to watch clay's first game. it was so cute... all the kids were cheering clay on!! they all really look up to him because he's a "big kid." he he he. lori and i found out that the girls can start playing softball next year... um, yeah... we're stoked!! thanks for coming to the game guys!!! we love you!
